This page is intended to provide space for reflection and to showcase some of the initiatives of which I'm the most proud. This way, I can document my own professional and personal learning and do precisely what I ask my learners to do: document, reflect, refine, repeat.

​Feedback and Reflection Protocol

Our goal as part of the Dell Innovator Accelerator in Education Program was to create a feedback, reflection, and conferencing cycle that could replace numerical assessment with narrative assessment, and that could be easily implemented across disciplines and grade levels. The Maple Syrup Project

K-12 learners are united in a common learning experience: following sap from tree to table. Along the way, they gain expertise in science, data collection and interpretation, French, social studies, engineering, and food science.

In 2018 I stepped onto a Paddleboard for the first time. Using it once or twice a month led to using it once or twice a week, which ultimately led to a summer of training for my first race!
